My name is Elisabet, and my work comes from a very clear belief: good leadership has a direct impact on people. When a team receives clarity, listening, and direction, performance stops being constant pressure and becomes a natural result of how people work and are led.

For more than 15 years, I have been part of international teams in tourism, hospitality, and retail, always from the employee’s perspective. This experience allowed me to understand daily team life directly: communication, coordination, and the real impact of different leadership styles on people.

I have experienced different approaches, from highly structured and results-oriented systems to more dysfunctional ones with a lack of human management and emotional intelligence. This constant exposure led me to experience all kinds of situations: from unmotivated, directionless, and exhausted teams to committed teams with clarity and energy, where everyone moved in the same direction.

Over time, I understood something fundamental: team performance does not depend only on talent, but on how that talent is led. I have also experienced what happens when this is not taken care of: people who give their best without feeling seen, work that is not valued, and environments where only results matter.

From all this experience, a deep learning emerged: understanding how a team should not be led if the goal is to build sustainable results and a healthy company culture.

In my experience, what makes the difference today is the quality of relationships within organizations. People decide to stay when they feel seen, valued, and recognized. When this happens, commitment changes, motivation is sustained, and results arise naturally.

In 2019, I moved to Austria and went through a deep process of personal and professional questioning. During that time, I attended a horse session as a client.

I was not looking for a specific experience, but for clarity.

What happened was difficult to ignore: the horses moved without coordination, in different directions, without a visible pattern. But what they showed was very clear.

They reflected exactly my internal state at that moment: energy was present, but without clear direction.

There I understood something that marked a turning point: when there is no inner clarity, there is no outer direction.

Since then, my work focuses on something very concrete: making visible how leadership is actually happening and what impact it creates.

My education began in the creative field with studies in Graphic Design at Salesians Sarrià (Barcelona, 2003–2006). Later, I specialized in tourism with a Higher Diploma in Travel Services Management at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality (Barcelona, 2006–2007) and a Diploma in Tourism at Escola Universitària Mediterrani (Barcelona, 2009–2013).

To broaden my view in management and leadership, I completed a Master’s in Hotel Management at Esade (Barcelona, 2018–2019).

Later, my education shifted toward personal development and leadership through a Master’s in Coaching and Emotional Leadership at the International Network for Emotional Education and Wellbeing (2022–2023). After that, I completed the Mastering Coaching Skills program at Team Power Institute, accredited by ICF (2023), which strengthened my work in supporting people in professional contexts.

I later specialized in coaching and equine-assisted intervention at Werkstatt am Hof (Austria, 2025), integrating presence, communication, and emotional regulation applied to leadership and team dynamics.

I am currently completing a three-year education in life and social counselling at BFI Salzburg (2024–2027) Focused on change processes, human dynamics, and emotional management in complex personal and professional contexts.

I also complement my training with heart coherence work with horses, an experiential approach that integrates nervous system regulation, presence, and emotional connection through conscious interaction with the horse. By Mayte Roger – HeartMath Trainer – (New Perception, Coaching & Horses).
