Participation in my services is at your own responsibility; health-related data is only processed if you voluntarily provide it (e.g. to assess suitability for equine-assisted sessions).
4.5. Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact me via WhatsApp, the following data may be processed:

• Profile picture (if set by you)

Note: WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta Platforms. Data may be processed outside the EU (e.g. in the United States). Data processing is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta’s terms and privacy policies.
Use of WhatsApp is voluntary. You may alternatively contact me by email or phone at any time. For data protection reasons, it is recommended not to send sensitive health data via WhatsApp.
4.6. Storage period
Your contact data and inquiries will be stored:

• as long as legal retention obligations exist (e.g. commercial or tax law requirements).
Requests that do not lead to a contract are usually deleted or anonymized after a maximum of 12 months, unless longer statutory retention periods apply.
